Use of the platform
Bring your own workloads.
You operate tenants and run customer workloads through the platform. You retain ownership of tenant data. Brainstorm operates the platform substrate (OODA runtime, evidence chain, ChangeSet engine).

Acceptable use
No abuse.
No spam, no illegal content, no attempts to bypass tenant isolation, no probing of other tenants. Operator actions are evidence-chained; we audit on suspicion of abuse.

Service levels
Best effort during preview, SLO-backed at GA.
Router (GA) carries a 99.9% monthly uptime target with credit policy. MSP/GTM/VM/Backup are preview — best effort with /status published. SLO contracts available with MSA.

Termination
Tenant data exportable on exit.
Cancel any time. Tenant data exportable via the operator API for 30 days post-termination. After 30 days, hard-delete via ChangeSet template.
